#ExposeChristianSchools, HSLDA, and Russia: I Smell Desperation

Far-left attack on homeschooling and Christianity

Well. Last weekend gave us quite a show, don’t you think?

I very rarely talk politics here on my blog, and I know that some people don’t like when I do, but here’s the thing:

I will not be silent when both Christians and homeschooling are attacked, and that seems to be the “thing to do” recently. For those of you haven’t heard, a far-left website attacked both HSLDA and conservative homeschoolers last week by claiming we are all in cahoots with Russia.

No, I’m not even kidding. Sounds like the plot of a B-rated movie, right?

Sadly, though, this idiocy is all too real, and to me it proves one thing:

Someone’s getting desperate.

About what is anyone’s guess. Could it be that this obsession with Russia has reached a whole new level? Maybe. Could it be that, once again, the media is looking for any way they possibly can to demonize those who have a different point-of-view than they do? Sure sounds like that could be the case.

While there’s a great chance that both of these options are valid, I have another guess.

Watch and find out what that is.

Homeschooling and education are my passion. It is my fervent hope to one day devote more time to creating content for you. If you’d like to support this ministry, consider supporting me on Patreon.

Thank you so much. I appreciate each and every one of you!

I'm Shelly, a Christ-following, homeschooling Mom of eleven children ( okay, not ALL children. My oldest is 23.) I met my husband right after graduation, and we've been together ever since. Though my life can be hectic at times... okay, ALL the time, I wouldn't change it for anything.
