This Is How You Know Your Brainwashing Is Complete

Is it really August already? In just a few weeks time, children and parents all over the country will be gearing up for back-to-school time.

Unfortunately, the new school year will be starting on the heels of some very troubling events – two mass shootings, to be precise. Considering that schools have been targets of these heinous crimes in the past, it’s only natural that parents are concerned with how to protect their children, hence the topic of this post.

I’m actually going to be re-visiting a topic I covered last year – bulletproof backpacks.

Bulletproof backpacks???

I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that it completely baffles me that so many parents are turning to either bulletproof backpacks or bulletproof inserts to protect their children when they go to school, especially when homeschooling is not only legal, but SAFER.

Imagine how these kids feel. Not only are their parents signaling that they’re sending them into an unsafe situation – and they potentially are -, but children as young as 4 and 5 are being exposed to active shooter drills in the very place that promises them an “education.”

I know, I know. Shootings can happen anywhere. They’ve also happened at malls, churches, and movie theaters, just to name a few. Should we stop sending our kids to these places, too??

Here are two crucial differences:

• These places are only visited occasionally, perhaps a few times a week, if that. On the other hand, students spend 30 to 40 hours a week at school for the bulk of the year.
• These places are VOLUNTARY. School is not. It is compulsory. Unless you choose to homeschool, your children MUST attend.

Ask yourself this:

Why do so many people insist upon sending their children to an institution that they KNOW is unsafe?? The bulletproof backpacks being purchased are proof!

Why do so many parents prefer to subject their 5-year-olds to the emotional trauma of active shooter drills, rather than saying, “Enough,” and disenrolling their kids once and for all?

Why do so many parents ignore the evidence that schools are becoming more and more dangerous?

I’ll tell you why – because they have been indoctrinated to believe that school is the only way. They have been stripped of the ability to put 2 and 2 together and to think critically by the very institutions they’re adamant about sending their children to.

They have been brainwashed to look the other way and not rock the boat.

This is my wake up call to them:

Stop making excuses and save your kids. They are your responsibility, not the government’s.

Enough is enough. It’s time to wake up.
