Is Unschooling Just Lazy Homeschooling?

Sometimes #unschooling gets a bad rap. It’s time to set the record straight.

I'm Shelly, a Christ-following, homeschooling Mom of eleven children ( okay, not ALL children. My oldest is 23.) I met my husband right after graduation, and we've been together ever since. Though my life can be hectic at times... okay, ALL the time, I wouldn't change it for anything.

  1. I”m fascinated by your YT Tartaria theories, which come very close to my own thoughts. While listening to your thoughts on how they control us, I recalled a very short blog I wrote (including a 4 minute video) on how to brainwash billions – foguth.wordpress.com/2021/05/23/how-to-brainwash-billions/. I totally agree that our entertainment industry has been deeply involved in this CIA black operation and thus far, I’ve focused on Walt Disney’s involvement, but that was in a different blog.

  2. I love how you addressed this topic. I agree with so much of what you say here. I worry though that unschooling was compared to summer vacation . I guess if one has the unschooling mindset one would understand what you mean, but someone coming from a public school mindset may not totally get all that really happens because unfortunately summer vacation is so ‘frowned upon’ as a learning experience by many and they miss the importance of it. I, on the otherhand, totally get what you are saying. I love the idea of strewing. I’ve only heard of it once before but can’t remember where. Do you have any sources or know where I can look to find out more information or examples of that?
