Our Seasonal Homeschool Plan and Curriculum- 2021/2022

As this #homeschool year winds down, I’m finding myself already getting excited over my new seasonal #homeschooling plan for the new year. Today I’m sharing our plan and curriculum.

How to Start Homeschooling | Tips from a Mom of 11

Although I have an extensive playlist on how to get started #homeschooling, I know that it would be helpful for some people to at least have a basic outline of what to do all in one video. While some homeschoolers feel perfectly at home using life as their curriculum, most of us prefer to at least have something we can fall back on. Unfortunately, it can be far too easy to get so hung up on staying on track, doing every single activity, and covering every single page that the freedom that homeschooling should bring will feel like an unattainable feat. Believe me, I was right there with you all those years ago when we set out upon our learning adventure. I was nervous, frazzled, and just a little self-conscious about the whole thing.

As we enter into our eighth year of homeschooling now, I’ve learned so many things about this lifestyle- yes, it is a lifestyle- and it is my deepest desire to share these insights with anyone willing to listen. You see, what I know now about homeschooling didn’t come easily. It took years of trial and error, hard work, and, sometimes, heartache.  Continue reading “How to Homeschool for Beginners- Everything You Need to Know”
